Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health seeks a licensed Physician Assistant to support OB/GYN services in Texas. The PA provides direct patient care, performs delegated procedures, and collaborates with supervising physicians in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Responsibilities include exams, orders and interpretations, treatment planning, and patient counseling. The role requires strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and a commitment to patient-centered care within our not-for-profit health system.

Qualifications

• Grad of an Accredited PA program.
• 2-3 years Labor & Delivery experience.
• Current TX PA license and NCCPA certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical exams and obtain patient histories.
• Prescribe and manage therapies; perform procedures per policy.
• Develop and implement treatment plans; coordinate with physicians.
• Counsel patients on medications, nutrition, and health promotion.
