Capital Medical Group in Washington, DC is seeking a full-time OBGYN to join the Women’s Health team. The role balances obstetrics and gynecology in a supportive academic environment with education as a priority.

Join a multidisciplinary team of physicians, midwives, APPs, nurses, residents, and students, delivering care in outpatient clinics and at GW Hospital with Epic EMR support.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible OBGYN.
• Passion for women’s healthcare and patient-centered medicine.
• Active or eligible Washington, DC medical license.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care for adolescents through geriatric patients.
• Conduct annual wellness exams and preventive women's health visits.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage common gynecologic and obstetric conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, APPs, nurses, residents, and medical students to support patients.
• Educate medical students and residents – train the next generation of physicians.
• Deliver patient-centered care in a nationally recognized academic practice.
• Document clinical encounters using Epic EMR.

Capital Medical Group (CMG) formerly known as GW Medical Faculty Associates, is seeking a full-time OBGYN to join our growing Women’s Health team in Washington, DC. This opportunity is ideal for new or experienced OBGYNs to work in a supportive, academic environment, where education is a priority. Providers enjoy a balanced mix of obstetrics and gynecology, a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, and autonomy with how they approach patient care. Position Overview

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Schedule / Hours: Enjoy a balanced practice model with approximately 2 days in clinic, 1 day in the Operation Room (OR), and only 1-2 12 hour Labor & Delivery shifts per month
• Call: Divided between providers, weekends and holidays shared; with a day off post call
• Patient Volume: Varies
• Location: Capital Medical Group; Foggy Bottom, Washington, DC
• Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic and George Washington Hospital
• Support/Care Team: Practice has 33 physicians, 5 midwives, 7 APPs, with MAs and RNs in clinic
• EMR / Technology: Epic

• Competitive Base Salary: $260K-$310K range, dependent on experience and practice scope
