Curative in northeast Arkansas seeks a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified OB/GYN to join a thriving group practice offering exceptional work-life balance and high earning potential. The role features a 4-day work week, with 2 clinic days and 2 OR days, and 1:5 backup call coverage by in-house laborists.

Benefits include a guaranteed base salary of $400,000 plus production from day one, with realistic earnings surpassing $500,000, a $75,000 signing bonus, relocation assistance up to $20,000,

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or Board-certified OB/GYN (ABOG).
• Join a team of 5 OBGYNs and 1 GYN physician.
• 4-day work week with 2 clinic days and 2 OR days.
• 1:5 backup call with in-house laborists.

Responsibilities

• Provide OB/GYN care in clinic and OR per schedule.
• Deliveries and obstetric care with in-house laborists.
• Support VBAC/TOLAC and centralized fetal monitoring.
