Qualifications

Two years of experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide professional medical services including planning and evaluating healthcare.
Examine and treat chronic and acute illnesses.
Perform selected laboratory testing and write prescriptions.
Collaborate with Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner.
