Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group – Caritas Women’s Care in Sugar Land, TX seeks an OBGYN physician to join an established practice. The role centers on compassionate OB/GYN care grounded in Caritas principles, emphasizing meaningful patient relationships and trust.

You'll provide healing-centered care with a Monday–Friday schedule, a manageable call load (~7 days per month), and use Epic EMR. Board-certified/eligible in OB/GYN with TX licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in obstetrics and gynecology
• Active or eligible Texas medical license, or ability to obtain prior to employment
• Completion of ACGME OB/GYN residency
• American Board Certification and active BLS
• Caritas-trained and aligned with a human-caring model

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, relationship-centered OB/GYN care grounded in Caritas principles.
• Join an established practice within Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group – Caritas Women’s Care in Sugar Land.
• Deliver healing-centered care emphasizing presence, empathy, and patient trust.
• Maintain flexible Monday–Friday schedule with managed call volume (~7 days/month).
• Utilize Epic EMR for patient care and documentation.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our OBGYN Physician, you will join our established practice at Caritas Women's Care - OBGYN Services with Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group in Sugar Land, TX. You will play a pivotal role in the continued success and development of our practice.

Every day you will provide compassionate relationship-centered OBGYN care grounded in Caritas principles. Each day, you will provide healing-centered care that prioritizes presence, empathy, and patient trust.

To be successful in this role, you will be a BC/BE OBGYN Physician with a passion for providing care teh emphasizes meaningful connection, respectful communication and patient empowerment

• Employed position with Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group, a member of CommonSpirit Health
• Flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
• Very manageable call volume, on average about 7 days per month
• Epic EMR

We are offering a competitive base salary that includes guaranteed base salary, production and quality incentives, CME allowance, sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, as well as 30 days off including time for sick leave, PTO and CME.
