Job summary

Unified Women's Healthcare of Texas is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a physician-led women’s health practice in Plano, Texas. This opportunity supports a 4-day work week and focuses on delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative office setting.

Ideal candidates are experienced in women's health, able to work both independently and with a team, and committed to providing evidence-based gynecologic care across the lifespan.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Active Texas license or ability to obtain
• DEA registration or ability to obtain
• Current CPR and BLS certification
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based women's healthcare

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive gynecologic care, including annual well-woman exams
• Contraceptive counseling and management (IUD/implant placement)
• Evaluate and treat menstrual disorders
• Manage conditions such as PCOS, fibroids, endometriosis
• Administer hormone replacement therapy (HRT)
• Provide preventive and wellness-focused care across the lifespan
