Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Board-certified or -eligible OBGYN to join a well-established Monterey Coast team in Salinas, CA. The role features a stable schedule, a strong patient mix, and opportunities to impact maternal care in a supportive environment.

You will join 8 OBGYN physicians, deliver 110–115 babies per month, and enjoy a 32 patient-care hour week. A $450,000 base salary plus productivity incentives and a $100,000 sign-on are offered, along with 4 weeks PTO and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required and board eligibility or certification in OBGYN.
• Eligible for California medical license.
• Must be able to obtain California medical licensure.
