Job summary

All-Star Healthcare Solutions is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology physician in Crown Point, Indiana, for clinic duty and call coverage. The role emphasizes board eligibility, Indiana licensure, and EPIC EMR usage, with potential 24-hour in-house options.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Indiana medical license required or eligible for licensure.
• IN DEA or transferable DEA required.
• Clinic and call coverage experience expected.
• 24-hour in-house option available.
• PPD: 20 per day as part of credentialing.
• EMR experience with EPIC preferred.
