Job summary

Dupont Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a BC/BE OB/GYN to join a growing practice affiliated with Fertility and Midwifery Care Center. The team includes certified nurse-midwives, PAs, NPs, and therapists, with shared call and opportunities to focus on subspecial interests.

Qualifications

• BC/BE OB/GYN with strong pregnancy and surgical care experience.
• Willingness to collaborate with midwives and other clinicians.
• Interest in developing subspecialties beyond routine pregnancy care.

Responsibilities

• Provide OB/GYN care including deliveries and surgeries.
• Share first-call responsibilities with midwives and other staff.
• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team including PAs and NPs.

Dupont Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN, is working with Fertility and Midwifery Care Center to welcome anew BC/BE physician to their team. This is a growing group of OB/GYN physicians, certified nursemidwives, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, physical therapists and occupational therapists.Practice is private and independent with an authentically pro-life, pro-family focus. Approximately 80births attended per month at Dupont Hospital which is physically attached to the FMCC clinic. Level III
and Level II Maternity and NICU services within Lutheran Health Network.

Scope of Position:

• Shared call with midwives taking first call
