Job description

Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology – Boston Medical Center – South, Brockton, MA. The Department seeks a full‑time BC/BE OB/GYN to serve the practice at BMC‑South.

Practice Overview

The department includes general OB/GYN providers and subspecialties such as Maternal‑Fetal Medicine, gynecologic oncology, Urogynecology, and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. The hospital offers inpatient and outpatient advanced practitioner services, laparoscopic and Da Vinci robotic surgery, Level II Special Care Nursery, and a state‑of‑the‑art maternity center.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to patients at BMC‑South.
• Participate in the full in‑house laborist program and meet reasonable call requirements.
• Utilize advanced surgical techniques, including laparoscopic and robotic procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in maternal‑fetal medicine and other subspecialties.
• Engage in teaching and academic activities in partnership with Boston University.

Compensation

Salary range: $278,508 - $330,993. Compensation will be determined based on clinical FTE, qualifications, experience, education, board certifications, specialty, training, and scope of practice. Incentive compensation is not included in the posted range and will be discussed during interviews.
