Job summary

Unified Women's Healthcare is seeking a full-time Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to join our Sebring, FL practice. The role includes clinic days, day surgery, and regular Labor & Delivery coverage with deliveries at AdventHealth Sebring Hospital and surgeries at HCA Highlands Hospital.

We offer a generous sign-on/retention bonus, potential loan forgiveness, above‑average base salary with productivity bonuses, and partnership in three years.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Resident physicians are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide OB‑GYN care in a busy, well‑established practice.
• Cover Labor & Delivery on a rotating schedule and assist with surgeries when assigned.
• Deliveries occur at AdventHealth Sebring Hospital; GYN surgeries at HCA Highlands Hospital.
