Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is seeking an OBGYN to join a not-for-profit health system 30 minutes from Springfield, MO. You will work in a brand-new Women’s Center designed for efficiency and exceptional patient experience.

The team includes four established OBGYNs with a 1:5 call schedule and about 100 deliveries per physician annually; options include a 4-day work week or 7/7 or 14/14 rotations, with a $500k base salary and a $100k signing bonus plus relocation and training stipends.

Qualifications

• Board-certified OB/GYN required with MD/DO degree.
• Experience in obstetrics and gynecology including surgical procedures preferred.
• Proficiency with modern labor and delivery practices is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care and surgical services.
• Collaborate on advanced GynOnc cases and expand surgical volume.
