Endocrine in Southern Oregon is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN to join a dynamic team of 12 providers due to increased patient demand.

This full-time role offers a 4-day work week (7:30 AM - 5:30 PM), 1:6 call, and the opportunity to tailor your practice with DaVinci Robotics. Competitive compensation includes a $200,000 sign-on and loan repayment options, with potential earnings of $400k–$500k in year one and $600k+ for partners.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN.
• Willing to practice in Southern Oregon with a 4-day work week.
• Strong teamwork and commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide OB/GYN care with DaVinci Robotics as needed.
• Maintain a 4-day work week (7:30 AM - 5:30 PM) with 1:6 call.
• Balance autonomy with robust support and APP coverage.
