Job summary

St. Luke’s University Health Network in Tamaqua, PA is seeking an Advanced Practitioner (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide healthcare services under supervision, including medical evaluation, treatment, counseling and referrals.

This full-time role covers the Tamaqua and Palmerton region, with opportunities for mentorship, teaching, professional growth, and a comprehensive benefits package including CME support and malpractice insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be board eligible or board-certified RN, NP, or PA with current state license.
• New grads are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum one year experience in a similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide healthcare services under supervision including evaluation, treatment, and counseling.
• Order and interpret tests, develop treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
• Teach and mentor students and residents as assigned.
• Maintain EMR documentation and ensure billing accuracy.
