Responsibilities

• Surgically busy group with an average of 4-6 hysterectomies per month.
• 1:6 call rotation (first call rotation of 4 OBGYNs and 2 CNMs).
• Mentorship from current OBGYNs and opportunity to scrub in with a new partner.
• Robust support staff including experienced nurses, OB educator, and midwives acting as extenders.
• Dedicated teams handle Rx refills, triage, pap results, and after-hours calls to reduce administrative burden.
