Amgen is seeking a Director of OI&A Commercial Analytics to lead a strategic analytics program for the U.S. Obesity business.
You will translate complex market, customer, patient, and performance data into clear business recommendations and influence senior leaders across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Medical. Lets do this. Lets change the world. In this vital role, you will serve as a strategic analytics leader for the U.S. Obesity business, translating complex market, customer, patient, competitive, and performance data into clear business recommendations.
You will lead the secondary analytics agenda supporting market development, launch readiness, brand strategy, customer engagement, and performance management. The ability to influence senior leaders, challenge assumptions, and communicate complex findings through clear executive narratives is essential.
This is a Flexible Commuter role based at the Amgen site in Thousand Oaks, California. You will work on-site a minimum of three days per week.

Doctorate degree and 4 years of analytics experience

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
