Qualifications

• 0–2 years of operating room surgical technician experience required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• BCLS - Basic Life Support certification required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with surgeon and perioperative team during surgical procedures.
• Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields.
• Assist in patient positioning and transfer methods.

Skills

Knowledge of surgical procedures and instrumentation

Strong understanding of sterilization methods

Excellent communication skills

Education

Technical School graduate of Surgical Technology or Practical Nursing program

Associate Degree in Surgical Technology or Applied Sciences
