The OB Scrub Technician shall demonstrate the ability to perform surgical scrub for obstetrical deliveries and any other obstetrical emergency, maintenance of supplies in the LDRs, and surgical suites, and other identified patient care within the parameters of the job description. Additionally, this individual will also demonstrate the ability to perform clerical duties. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.The Coder shall be responsible for assignment of diagnoses and procedure codes for the billing process and the statistical database. This individual will work with coding programs and appropriate resources to assure all coding is based on complete and accurate documentation that is reflective of the patients medical condition and severity.
