ARMStaffing is seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Obstetrics for a 13-week contract in Ohio. The RN will provide comprehensive OB care, assess and plan patient needs, and support teaching and supervision of non-RN staff during shifts.

The position requires 2+ years OB experience, an active Ohio or Compact RN license, and current BLS, ACLS, NRP, S.T.A.B.L.E., and FHM certifications. Travel assignment experience is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years OB experience (required)
• Completion of at least one travel assignment (required)
• Active Ohio RN license or Compact RN license (required)
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification (required)
• Current American Heart Association ACLS certification (required)
• Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (required)
• Active S.T.A.B.L.E. certification (required)
• Active Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certification (required)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for assigned patients in the Obstetrics department.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement patient care plans and evaluate outcomes.
• Assist in directing and teaching non-RN staff, including LPNs and PCTs.
• Function as a first assist and scrub for OB procedures (highly preferred).
