Job summary

Aurora Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Women’s Health/OB unit in Marinette, WI. You will care for antepartum, labor and delivery, postpartum, and newborn patients in a private-room setting with advanced fetal monitoring and a secure newborn nursery.

The role emphasizes evidence-based nursing, patient safety, education, and collaboration with on-site or on-call teams. A sign-on bonus is available for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Neonatal Resuscitation within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and clear communication.
