Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• KY RN license required upon hire.
• Basic Life Support – CPR within 14 days.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and analyzes patient problems to determine care needs and interventions.
• Implements and updates plan of care, coordinating nursing and discharge planning.
• Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments per policies.
• Educates patients and families, promoting autonomy and informed decisions.
• Monitors progress toward outcomes and adjusts care as needed.
