Jersey College is seeking a Nursing Instructor to provide high-quality instruction across classroom, lab, simulation, and clinical settings at the Ewing campus. The role requires an experienced RN with strong communication and teaching abilities, dedicated to student achievement and professional development.
The instructor will evaluate student progress, maintain records, and collaborate with clinical partners to ensure alignment with program philosophy and standards.

The Nursing Instructor is responsible for providing high-quality nursing instruction and clinical education to LPN/PN and RN students. Depending on program and campus needs, instructors may provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, and/or clinical instruction.
The instructor creates a supportive learning environment, evaluates student performance and competency, and guides students in developing the knowledge, skills, and professional behaviors necessary for success in nursing.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for education, strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to student achievement.
