Qualifications

• Unencumbered Florida or Compact State RN License required.
• Minimum 4 years clinical experience as an RN, preferably with 2 years obstetric nursing experience.
• Experience in clinical instruction or nursing education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor nursing students in OB clinical settings.
• Teach best practices in obstetric nursing, including fetal monitoring.
• Provide constructive feedback and document student performance.

Skills

Clinical knowledge in obstetric and newborn nursing
