Our Maternal Newborn Department at MelroseWakefield Hospital includes: State‑of‑the‑art and private newly remodeled labor and deliver suites and Mother Infant Unit Rooms Labor and Delivery triage area Level 2A Special Care Nursery In‑house 24/7 anesthesia coverage In‑house 24/7 neonatology coverage

Position Highlights:

• 10 shifts per month offering excellent flexibility *8,12-hour shifts/month, Monday-Thursday, Nocturnist schedule: 7 PM-7 AM
• 2, 24-hour shifts/month, Sundays: 7 AM (Sunday) - 7 AM (Monday)
• 900 Deliveries Annually – Shared between OB-Gyn Generalist Team
• Dedicated support from in-house Anesthesia, Neonatology, and ICU teams 24/7
• Opportunity to focus on inpatient obstetrics and consultative gynecology

Your Collaborative Role:

• Provide obstetrical care on Labor & Delivery

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $270,000 - $300,000 annually.

Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, internal equity, and academic rank.
