• Administer, monitor and document therapeutic interventions and regimes.
• Manage rapidly changing situations and participate in clinical decision-making.
• Educate patient and family on disease process, care needs, safety and wellness.
• Delegate and monitor care rendered by other nursing staff and team.
• Demonstrate safety principles and participate in orientation and development of healthcare team.
• Identify opportunities and participate in performance improvement activities.
