OB Hospitalist Site Director (OB/GYN Director) - Summary

Lead and oversee the daily operations of the OB hospitalist program to ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety. Develop and nurture strong working relationships with hospital staff, including physicians, certified nurse midwives, nurses, and administrative teams. Serve as a liaison between the OB hospitalist team and hospital leadership to align clinical and operational goals. Promote a value-based care culture through effective communication, training, and enforcement of clinical policies. Ensure smooth onboarding of new clinicians and promote ongoing professional development within the team.

Qualifications & Requirements
