Job summary

WellSpan Health is seeking an OB Hospitalist in Ephrata, PA, to deliver patient‑centered labor and delivery care in a 6 LDRP unit with ready specialty backup. You’ll manage laboring patients, deliveries, and postpartum care within a team‑oriented environment.

No clinic panel, focus on in‑the‑moment care, and collaborative practice. The position offers predictable, 24‑hour shifts, surgical assistance with Gyn Onc and MFM support, relocation and signing incentives, and a strong WellSpan benefits

Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• Completion of an OB/GYN residency required.

Responsibilities

• Manage laboring patients, deliveries, and postpartum care in an LDRP model.
• Address GYN emergencies and perform indicated procedures.
• Provide supportive backup to CNMs, including occasional clinic coverage in the attached MOB.
• Assist in complex surgical cases alongside a Gyn Oncologist when needed.
• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality, seamless care.
