gobravvo is seeking an OB Hospitalist Physician to provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care within a hospital setting. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, support community physicians and midwives, and participate in daily rounds and quality initiatives.

The role focuses on labor and delivery management, patient safety, and high-risk case oversight, with a shift model including predominantly 24-hour shifts and some 12-hour or mixed shifts in a dynamic hospitalist

Formación

• Board Certified or active candidate in Obstetrics and Gynecology (Ob/Gyn).
• Valid state medical license for the assigned hospital site.
• Significant experience in managing obstetrical emergencies is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver direct patient care to obstetric and gynecologic patients, including high-risk cases.
• Provide contraceptive services where available and appropriate.
• Participate daily in Labor and Delivery rounds to support team-based care.
• Serve as the Safety Officer on Labor and Delivery, ensuring optimal patient outcomes for all admitted patients.
• Offer clinical assistance to community-based physicians and midwives, including practice coverage as requested and as safely available.
• Engage in continuous communication with Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists via phone or video consultation as needed.
• Fulfill shift requirements, including a majority of 24-hour shifts, and some 12-hour or mixed-shift models.
