Qualifications

• Board-certified Obstetrics & Gynecology required.
• Ability to work structured 24-hour shifts with no on-call duties.
• Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.
• Maintain a minimum average of six OB hospitalist shifts per month.
• Provide first assists to support OB hospitalists and private physicians.
• Rely on a strong back-up call system for coverage.
• Deliver emergency OB care and gynecological services as needed.
• Support a cohesive hospitalist team focused on trust and communication.
• Collaborate with experienced clinical/operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency OB care and unassigned OBED coverage.
• Cover gynecological emergencies as needed for private MDs.
• Participate in first assists for OB hospitalists and private physicians.
• Work within a backup-call system to ensure seamless coverage.
• Join a collaborative, high-performing OB Hospitalist group.

Medical City Las Colinas is seeking a full-time, board-certified Obgyn to join a high-performing OB Hospitalist team in a role that offers flexibility, professional support, and meaningful impact. Qualified Candidates:

• Structured 24-hour shifts


• No on-call duties


• Flexible, predictable scheduling designed to support work-life balance


• Physicians are required to work a minimum average of six shifts per month (18 shifts per quarter)


• First assists available to support both OB hospitalists and private physicians


• Strong, reliable back-up call system


• Provide emergency OB care, unassigned OBED and gynecological coverage, and assist with private MD emergencies
