Job summary

Unified Women’s Healthcare, through its Roanoke affiliate, seeks an OB/GYN Hospitalist to join a well-established team at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital in Roanoke, Virginia. The role involves hospital-wide coverage at a leading maternity care facility with a Level IIIB NICU and about 80 deliveries per month.

Weekend call Fridays to Sundays, 7:30pm–7:30am, with a fully licensed clinical staff and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN.
• Current unrestricted State Medical License.
• Current unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Hospitalist covering only one hospital in Roanoke, VA.
• Weekend call: Friday–Sunday, 7:30pm–7:30am.
• Approximately 80 deliveries per month.

Physicians to Women has specialized in obstetricand gynecologic care in Roanoke, Virginiasince 1940. We serve patients in the Roanoke Valley, Salem, Vinton, Botetourt,Franklin County, and outlying areas.

Position Highlights

• Covering only ONE hospital - Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital
  • Leading provider of maternity care in the region
  • Level IIIB NICU
• Weekend Call - Friday, Saturday and Sunday
  • Shifts are 7:30pm-7:30am
• 80 deliveries/month
• Fully licensed medical team and support staff
