These positions are hospital‑based OB/GYN roles focused exclusively on inpatient obstetric and emergent gynecologic care. The laborist provides 24‑hour in‑house coverage for Labor & Delivery, supporting unassigned patients, emergency department consults, and inpatient obstetric needs.
The model is structured to improve patient outcomes, support nursing and multidisciplinary teams, and reduce call burden for community‑based OB/GYN physicians.
The OB/GYN will join a supportive, collegial team of physicians and advanced practice providers who value collaboration and mutual support. The base compensation range for this role is $328,452 - $389,017 for a 1.0 clinical FTE status. Individual compensation will be determined by fair market value and the selected candidate’s qualifications, clinical experience, specialty training, credentials, and/or education. The pay range does not include any applicable incentive compensation programs, such as productivity, quality, non‑productivity, or other incentives that may be available for eligible positions.
