Job summary

PeaceHealth is seeking an OB Hospitalist (MD/DO) to join the St. Joseph Medical Center OB Hospitalist program in Bellingham, WA. The role emphasizes inpatient obstetric care with a no-call, shift-based model and close collaboration with CNMs and nursing staff.

Ideal candidates are Board-Certified/Board Eligible in OB/GYN, hold a WA license (or eligible), and have BLS; ACLS is preferred. The position includes a competitive compensation package and relocation/loan reimbursement options.

• ACLS preferred (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)

Responsibilities

• Inpatient OB hospitalist duties including triage, assignment of care, and obstetric emergency coverage (>20 weeks)
• Shift-based schedule with no on-call requirements
• Collaborate with CNMs, nursing staff, and anesthesia in a high-acuity obstetric setting
• Provide comprehensive inpatient obstetric care at PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center
