InterCare Community Health Network in Benton Harbor, MI is seeking a full-time OB/GYN & Women’s Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will provide nursing care in an ambulatory care setting, support providers, and contribute to patient-centered care with a focus on women’s health.

The role requires a Michigan RN license, BLS, and experience in ambulatory or hospital nursing, with strong teamwork and patient education skills.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in Michigan.
• BLS certification completed or within 90 days of hire.
• Experience in ambulatory and/or hospital nursing preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care in an ambulatory OB/GYN setting and assist providers.
• Perform intake, assessments, care planning, and follow-up.
• Deliver patient education on health and disease management.
• Administer medications, including immunizations, and manage refills.
• Triage patients by phone or in person and coordinate care.
• Collaborate with the care team and connect patients with resources.
