Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Certification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography required.
• State licensure where applicable.
• Experience in OB/GYN ultrasound preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform OB/GYN ultrasound procedures and scans.
• Analyze and evaluate images for quality and diagnostic value.
• Prepare exam rooms and equipment per safety protocols.
• Explain procedures and answer patient questions.
• Maintain accurate records in the EHR.
• Protect patient privacy and safeguard records.
• Sterilize equipment and rooms after exams.
• Communicate findings to physicians for review.
• Coordinate with team members and other departments.
