Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking OB/GYN clinicians for an inpatient assignment in Presque Isle, Maine. You will cover both routine and complicated deliveries, including C-sections and breech births, with required privileges and OB ultrasound capabilities.

Expect a 1:2 call ratio, shifts with 13–18 patients, and support through Weatherby’s 24/7 consultant access. Travel and housing expenses are prepaid, with malpractice insurance provided.

Responsibilities

• Call ratio 1:2 with 20-minute response time
• Handle 13-18 patients per shift with rounding on assigned patients
• Inpatient hospital setting with required privileges
• Manage low and high risk pregnancies
• Perform routine and complicated deliveries, including C-sections and breech deliveries
• Laparoscopic procedures including tubal ligation, ectopic, cystectomy
• OB ultrasounds required
• Repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations
