Job summary

The Ohio State University seeks an OB/GYN sonographer to perform obstetrical, gynecological, and fetal echocardiogram ultrasounds at Ambulatory Imaging locations and outreach sites. You will document findings and communicate results to physicians and referring facilities, while supporting education for residents and students.

Qualified candidates must graduate from an accredited ultrasound program and hold ARDMS OB/GYN certification. Prior ultrasound experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ultrasound school.
• Certification by the ARDMS in OB/GYN is required.
• Previous ultrasound experience is preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform OB/GYN ultrasound examinations as ordered at OSUWMC Ambulatory Imaging locations and outreach sites.
• Document findings and relay results to the appropriate physician or referring facility.
• Provide educational opportunities to residents, MFM fellows, and sonography students.
