AOIA in Bowling Green, KY seeks an OB GYN Program Director for an established residency program in a 300+ bed hospital.

You will join a group of 5 OB GYNs and 4 midwives with protected PD time, a robust OR team, and in-house OB anesthesia. The hospital offers 24/7 neonatology, a level II NICU, and two Da Vinci robots to support a strong academic OB/GYN program.

Qualifications

• Board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Experience directing a residency or academic OB/GYN program.
• Strong leadership and teaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the OB/GYN residency program and faculty.
• Oversee clinical OB/GYN services and patient care quality.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership on strategic initiatives.
