Cambridge Health Alliance's Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is recruiting a full-time Ob/Gyn physician to join our team. The position offers practice across outpatient clinic, labor and delivery, and the operating room, with teaching opportunities for Harvard Medical School trainees.

Qualifications

• BE/BC in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Commitment to providing care to an underserved, diverse patient population

Responsibilities

• Work in outpatient clinic, inpatient labor & delivery, and operating room settings
• Teach medical students and residents from Harvard Medical School and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including CNMs, family medicine physicians, and PAs
• Manage a reasonable call schedule (1:10)
• Take over an established patient panel while accommodating new patients
• Engage in quality/performance improvement initiatives for the department
