Job summary

CHRISTUS Santa Rosa in San Antonio, TX is seeking a skilled OBGYN to join an established practice. Anchored by CHRISTUS Children’s downtown, the position offers access to advanced surgical technology and comprehensive subspecialty support with a robust maternity base.

The practice features about an 85% OB / 15% GYN mix, with a strong call schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM clinic hours, and opportunities for academic involvement through local residency programs.

Qualifications

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Active Texas Medical License or eligibility.
• Open to experienced physicians and post-residency candidates.
• Strong clinical, surgical, and interpersonal skills with patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological care in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Manage prenatal care, labor, delivery, antepartum rounds, and postpartum care.
• Perform routine GYN surgeries using laparoscopic and robotic platforms.
• Collaborate with MFM, pediatrics, and hospitalists to optimize outcomes.
• Opportunities to teach residents and supervise in rotations.
