Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions in Effingham, Illinois, seeks a dedicated OB/GYN physician to join our team in a full-scope practice including obstetrics, gynecology and surgery, with a strong referral network and access to state-of-the-art robotic surgery and mentorship. Board eligible or board certified candidates are encouraged, including residents in 2027 and 2028.

Compensation includes a $300,000 base salary, a $50,000 signing bonus, a $50,000 retention incentive, relocation support up to $15,000,

Qualifications

• Board eligible or board certified candidates encouraged, including residents in 2027/2028.
• Willing to practice in a comprehensive OB/GYN setting.
• Strong mentorship and opportunity for growth in obstetrics, gynecology and surgery.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope OB/GYN care including obstetrics, gynecology and surgery.
• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and clinical staff.
• Mentorship and potential partnership after three years.
