Job summary

Management Performance Associates in Columbia, Missouri, seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN to join a long-standing, high-volume practice with 11 physicians and strong hospital affiliations. The team provides comprehensive women’s health services and on-site imaging, with access to advanced robotic systems.

You will manage obstetrics, gynecology, and in-office procedures within a collaborative, physician-led environment.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN with full-scope practice.
• Experience in labor and delivery, gynecology, and surgical procedures.
• Proven ability to work in a collaborative, physician-led team.

Responsibilities

• Routine and complex prenatal care.
• Labor and delivery management.
• Vaginal and cesarean deliveries.
• Postpartum care.
• Hospital rounding and OB call coverage.
• Annual exams and preventive care.
• Contraception management.
• Evaluation and treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding.
• Colposcopy and other in-office procedures.
• Management of menopause and hormone therapy.
• Minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.
• Laparoscopic and robotic hysterectomies.
• Treatment of endometriosis and fibroids.
• General gynecologic operative procedures.
