Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is seeking a full-time Associate OB/GYN to join a dynamic, patient-focused practice. Open to practitioners and residents in 2026/2027, the role offers a collaborative environment with 7 physicians and 3 APPs, access to robotic/minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, and a balanced schedule with weekend call rotations.

The position provides comprehensive OB/GYN care across preventive, obstetric, surgical, and urogynecologic services, with mentorship and potential leadership

Qualifications

• MD or DO board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Eligible for Mississippi medical license or holding license.
• Strong surgical skills with OB and GYN focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide OB/GYN services including preventive care, obstetrics, surgery, and urogynecology.
• Participate in a 1:6+ weekend call rotation with post-call days off and a weekly half-day surgery block.
• Engage in mentorship programs and pursue leadership opportunities.
