Job summary

R.L. Barclay & Associates seeks a full-time Associate OB/GYN to join a dynamic, patient-focused practice across three MS locations, including Hattiesburg and Ellisville.

Open to current practitioners and residents completing OB/GYN programs in 2026/2027. You will work with seven board-certified physicians and three advanced practice providers, using robotic and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, 3D mammography, and fetal ultrasound.

Qualifications

• MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Eligible for or holding a Mississippi medical license.
• Strong surgical skills with an interest in both OB and GYN care.
• Commitment to clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and contributing to practice growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full spectrum of OB/GYN services including preventive care, obstetrics, surgery, and urogynecology with access to subspecialty training.
• Collaborate with a team of physicians and APCs in a supportive environment.
• Engage in mentorship and leadership opportunities within the practice.
• Participate in a 1:6+ weekend call rotation with post-call days off and a dedicated weekly half-day surgery block.
