Job summary

Top Dog Recruiting is seeking a full-time Associate OB/GYN for a dynamic, patient-focused practice in Mississippi. Open to practicing physicians and residents completing OB/GYN programs in 2026 and 2027, with opportunities across Hattiesburg and Ellisville locations.

You will join a team of 7 board-certified physicians and 3 advanced practice providers, gaining access to robotic/minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, 3D mammography, fetal ultrasound, and more.

Qualifications

• MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Eligible for or holding a Mississippi medical license.
• Strong surgical skills with an interest in both OB and GYN care.
• Commitment to clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and contributing to practice growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full spectrum of OB/GYN services including preventive care, obstetrics, surgery, and urogynecology.
• Participate in a 1:6+ weekend call rotation with post-call days off and a dedicated weekly half-day surgery block.
