Job summary
Gould Medical Group in Stockton, California, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN to join our established, physician-led team. You will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, utilize advanced minimally invasive and robotic techniques, and work with dedicated APC support within a collaborative network of specialists.
The position offers a competitive starting base salary of $444,924 with a two-year salary guarantee, loan assistance, sign-on bonus, and relocation
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- MIGS or robotic surgery training required.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care.
Responsibilities
- Practice comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology.
- Utilize minimally invasive and robotic surgical techniques.
- Collaborate with APC support and a multidisciplinary team.
- RVU-based compensation model beginning in year two with additional RVU bonuses.
- Provide patient-centered care with strong communication.
