Job summary

HCA West Florida is seeking OBGYN physicians to work with our continuity clinic in the Brandon community. This would be a faculty position working with our residents within the GME program.

The role emphasizes supervision of residents, outpatient practice, and opportunities in minimally invasive and robotic surgery in a state-of-the-art facility. Brandon offers a 100% outpatient environment with patient mix ranging from low to high-risk obstetrics.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in OB/GYN.
• Must hold or obtain unencumbered Florida medical license.
• Ability to supervise OB/GYN residents.
• Outpatient, no call/no nights/no weekends.
• Advanced minimally invasive, robotic, and vaginal surgery preferred.
• Opportunity to perform gynecologic procedures in the office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise OB/GYN residents in a faculty capacity.
• Work in outpatient clinic including gynecology and high-risk obstetrics.
• Perform gynecologic procedures in the office when appropriate.
• Collaborate within the GME program to educate residents.
