Job summary

Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association is seeking an OB/GYN physician for a community-focused practice in Florida. The role emphasizes outpatient care with scheduled surgical time, collaboration with a board-certified team, and access to onsite MFM and ultrasound services.

Applicants will participate in back-up call with in-house hospitalists and CNMs, manage high-risk pregnancies, and support family-centered care initiatives.

Qualifications

• Board eligible or certified in obstetrics and gynecology.
• Primarily outpatient work with dedicated surgical time.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to participate in call coverage with flexible home and in-person support.
• Must reside within 30 minutes of the hospital.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient obstetrics and gynecology care, including clinics and surgeries.
• Collaborate with a team of board-certified OBGYNs, CNPs, CNMs, and PAs.
• Utilize onsite MFM and ultrasound services.
• Perform minimally invasive, robotic, laparoscopic, and hysteroscopic procedures.
• Participate in back-up call with in-house hospitalists and CNMs, with a schedule of 3-4 clinic days and 1-2 surgery days weekly.
• Engage in high-risk pregnancy management, including stabilization and transfer at a Level I nursery.
• Contribute to ongoing hospital and maternity unit enhancements, including renovations and family-centered care initiatives.
