The role offers a starting base salary of $444,924 with a two-year salary guarantee, a sign-on bonus, and loan or mortgage assistance up to $200,000. Residency stipend is available and Epic is the EHR.

RVU-based compensation starts in year two with RVU bonus potential during the guarantee. Expect 25-35 patient encounters per day; minimally invasive gynecologic surgery or robotics
