The Recruiting Hive seeks an OB/GYN physician in Madison, Alabama. Board Certified or Eligible candidates, including residents from the 2027 and 2028 cohorts, are encouraged to apply. This established practice serves women in the community and is expanding to meet growing demand.

The role is full-time with 4.5 clinical days per week and a weekend call of 1:6 or better. You will join a collaborative team of 7 physicians and 5 APPs, with a hospital partner offering dedicated OR time, robotics, and

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in OB/GYN.
• Open to residents from the 2027 and 2028 cohorts.
• Full-time opportunity.
• 4.5 clinical days per week with a 1:6+ weekend call.
• Collaborative team and hospital partnership with a Level II NICU.

Responsibilities

• Provide OB/GYN care in clinic and hospital settings.
• Collaborate with a team of 7 physicians and 5 APPs.
• Participate in NICU and robotics initiatives.
• Support mentorship and onboarding for new physicians.
