Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in OB/GYN.
• Residency starting 2027 or 2028 cohorts considered.
• Willing to join a community-focused practice with mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide OB/GYN care within a collaborative team of 7 physicians and 5 APPs.
• Maintain a 4.5 clinical days per week with a weekend call rotation of 1:6 or better.
• Collaborate with hospital partners for OR time, robotics, and Level II NICU access.
• Support new physicians with mentorship and long-term career development.
